PM2® Foundation

PM² is a project management methodology developed by the European Commission. Its purpose is to enable project managers (PMs) to deliver solutions and benefits to their organizations by effectively managing the entire lifecycle of their projects. PM² has been created with the needs of European Union Institutions and projects in mind but is transferrable to projects in any organization.

Course Description

Objectives

Using PM² is especially effective for managing projects within:

European institutions
Public administrations and non-governmental organizations
Service providers to these administrations and institutions
European coordinated or funded projects
Private companies with a significant project portfolio

The PM² Foundation voucher provides access to the foundation certification program. This program is the first public certification program created based on the guidelines of the certification program for internal EU staff.

Trainer

Examination Type: Paper based, Web based or Online with Proctor

Exam Format:

Multiple choice format
N. 100 questions per paper
75 minute duration
Pass mark: 70%
Closed book

Retake (2nd shot): In case of exam failure, you can retake the exam within 12 months for free, only if option activated.

All those who have successfully completed their examination will receive an electronic certificate from APMG. This electronic certificate has the characteristics of uniqueness, security and can be verified by those who wish to check its validity.
