ISO/IEC 20000, Sistema di Gestione dei Servizi Informatici

...vi spiego di che cosa si tratta

ISO/IEC 20000-1 è il primo standard internazionale per la gestione dei servizi IT. E' stato sviluppato e rilasciato a dicembre 2005, da ISO/IEC JTC1 SC7, aggiornato nel giugno 2011 alla norma ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 mentre la sua versione corrente ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 è stata rilasciata a settembre 2018. Si basa su ed destinato a sostituire il precedente BS 15000 che è stato sviluppato dal Gruppo BSI.

Formalmente: ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 ('parte 1') comprende "la progettazione, la transizione, la consegna e il miglioramento dei servizi che soddisfano i requisiti del servizio ed il valore sia per il cliente che per il gestore del servizio. Questa parte della norma ISO/IEC 20000 richiede un approccio di processo integrato quando il gestore del servizio pianifica, definisce, implementa, gestisce, controlla, rivede, mantiene e migliora il sistema di gestione del servizio (SMS). ».

La versione 2018 (ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018) comprende dieci sezioni:

ISO/IEC 20000-2 fornisce le linee guida sull'applicazione di un sistema di gestione dei servizi basato sui requisiti della ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011.

ISO/IEC 20000-3 fornisce le linee guida sulla definizione, applicabilità e dimostrazione della conformità di un gestore dei servizi che mirano a soddisfare i requisiti rispetto all'ambito

ISO/IEC 20000-3:2009 fornisce indicazioni sulla definizione del campo di applicazione, l'applicabilità e la dimostrazione di conformità per i gestori dei servizi volti a soddisfare i requisiti della norma ISO/IEC 20000-1, o per i gestori dei servizi che hanno in programma il miglioramento dei servizi e con l'intenzione di usare ISO/IEC 20000 come un obiettivo di business. Integra le informazioni presenti nella norma ISO/IEC 20000-2, che fornisce linee guida generali per l'attuazione di un SMS in conformità con ISO/IEC 20000-1.

ISO/IEC 20000-5 è un esempio di piano di attuazione per fornire orientamenti ai gestori dei servizi su come implementare un sistema di gestione del servizio per soddisfare i requisiti della norma ISO/IEC 20000-1 o per i gestori dei servizi che hanno in programma il miglioramento dei servizi e l'intenzione di utilizzare ISO/IEC 20000 come un obiettivo di business. Potrebbe anche essere utile per coloro che offrono servizi di consulenza su come raggiungere al meglio i requisiti di ISO/IEC 20000-1.


ISO/IEC 20000, come il suo BS 15000 predecessore, è stato originariamente sviluppato per riflettere le migliori pratiche contenute all'interno del framework ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), anche se supporta ugualmente altri framework e approcci tra cui CMMI e COBIT.
